Lettuce Wraps














These are so good you will want more than one.

Meatballs
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp dried minced onion
2 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Sticky Sriracha Sauce
2 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce

Toppings
1 head Boston leaf lettuce
Sliced cabbage
Carrot matchsticks
Sesame seeds
Scallions, sliced
A handful of spinach
Chopped cilantro
Garlic chili sauce 
Red pepper
Cucumber

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together for meatballs and roll into 1-inch sized balls. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan, then add meatballs and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.

For the sauce toss all ingredients in except lettuce, including sliced meatballs.  Cook and top lettuce with the mix and serve with extra garlic chili sauce. Enjoy!
