One half onion
One garlic clove
One half broccoli head
Two potatoes, chopped
About four sprigs of parsley
Sage
Marjoram
Black pepper
Salt
Sweet Paprika
Garlic powder parens (only because I ran out of fresh garlic)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Two strips of bacon
Cooking sherry
Herbs de Province
Salt
Pepper
Sauté everything in order listed adding water from the cooked potatoes when the pan runs dry. Cook the bacon for 20 minutes in the brew and then remove and cook until it's crispy enough for a topping.
