Beef broth
Deconstruct Mom’s taco
Chop the tortilla
Chop the taco filling
Sauté tortilla
Add onion
Add tomato
Add salsa
Add rice
Add beef broth
Cook. When close to being done smash with potato masher. Serve, eat, enjoy!
