Sourdough Pizza Dough



 























Use regular yeast to get more rise, the sourdough starter is primarily for taste. Measurements are weights in a kitchen scale

16 oz starter 
2 tsp salt 
3 tsp yeast 
2 tsp olive oil 
8 oz warm water 
16 oz bread flour

Mix in a stand mixer until well blended. If it's still wet knead in more flour until the surface is no longer sticky.
This recipe makes enough dough for about 5 pan pizzas.
The starter is 50% whole wheat flour, 50% water.
