We had some leftover sour cream and didn't want it to go to a waste. This would go well on just about anything.
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
¼ cup dried mushrooms steeped in water
Mushroom Water
Combine everything and simmer for 20 minutes.
