If you're in Colorado towards the end of September be sure to go to the Chili festival in Pueblo and find Milburger Farms selling fire roasted green chilis.
The Dynamite green chilis are our favorite and we went every year to get them. After we moved to Georgia for 9 years, and now California, we have a bushel shipped to us every year...that's how good they are, and they're a staple in our diet.
