Ingredient: Lamb Garlic Rub

The add of nutmeg isn't a surprise since it goes well with Lamb.

1 head garlic

½ nutmeg nut 

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp curry powder

2 tbsp sage

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp oregano

Olive oil to blend into paste
