This makes one 9" pie and is a real easy recipe that takes about 20 min. prep and 55 min. to cook.
1 pkg. Baker's Square Sweet Baking Chocolate (8 squares)
1 refrigerated pie crust (or 9" deep dish frozen, what's the
difference?)
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/4 C. light brown sugar
1 C. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Cook at 350 to 375 depending on elevation.
