Grind cauliflower until it has the consistency of snow. Cover with plastic wrap (poke holes) and microwave 4 minutes. Transfer to towel, let cool and wring out all the moisture.
Add 1 egg, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
Pour out on parchment paper and shape into a thin crust.
Bake 425 oven 15 minutes
Put sauce on the crust, top with mozzarella, bake until cheese is melted, then top with basil.
